Reflexology is a safe and effective holistic therapy that helps to restore balance and activate the body’s own natural healing abilities. It was developed in the mid-to-late twentieth century by Eunice Ingham but the principles behind it date back thousands of years.
As a reflexologist I will apply pressure to stimulate reflex points on the feet or hands which correspond to all the structures, tissues, organs, glands and systems of the body.
The aim is to restore balance, promote better overall physical and emotional well-being whilst also focusing on specific areas where problems are identified.
Reflexology is a deeply relaxing treatment but a very effective one too, the potential benefits are:
